As soon as we arrived, Rafael greeted us with a smile. Traveling with a large group of high school girls for a basketball tournament in the area can be challenging. The school booked our rooms and unfortunately did not have us all together on the same floor. Not only did he accommodate all of the girls on the same floor, he was able to accommodate our parking for our large vehicle unannounced. He was completely calm, expeditious, and understood that keeping the girls together for safety was our top priority. He did an outstanding job and we were thoroughly appreciative of all of his efforts!
The bar at the restaurant was great, even though I didn’t get a chance to try the food. The front desk team was super friendly. Fherla and Raissa were very helpful during our stay. We loved having a variety of beers available in the gift shop fridge after the bar closed, such a nice touch. Raissa made sure we had extra bedding and blankets so my children could comfortably use the pullout sofa, which we really appreciated coming back from Disney. The room was fine, but could use a little updating compared to other Courtyards we’ve stayed at. The service and location are definitely what will keep me coming back. The rates are also lower instead of staying near Disney and was definitely worth the extra miles. Only downside: the bar closing at 10pm feels a little early.
I’m on a two week trip to Santa Ana/Orange county, usually on my two week trips I stay one week in one hotel and then go off to another hotel, however, Yasmine made me feel so welcomed that I decided to just now add my second week at this location! I’m barely on day two but each time I have a question and I’ve had many she is so prompt and amazing to help me. I stay in hotels about 150 days a year and she is the most polite and awesome person I’ve ever encountered. She also made me feel valued as a platinum member. Now the room is a good size for me and the most important things to me is comfort of bed (which is very comfortable,) noise ( I haven’t been able to hear my neighbors or outside traffic, I am on floor 4) and cooling system because I love to sleep cold and the AC works absolutely amazing! Location is next to some good food spots! If I’m able to try out the pool, bar or gym I’ll update as my stay continues
I had a great stay at this Courtyard. My original reservation was at another Marriott property, but my family was staying. I stayed two nights. The morning restaurant server was friendly. The menu wasn’t exactly what I expected. My family especially enjoyed the popcorn. The room was a bit noisy it was very clean and they accommodated my extra blankets request for the kiddos it was placed in the room before we arrived. Marissa and Jasmine were so helpful you can really tell they care and ensure we were settled in comfortably. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.
I love staying in Marriott hotels, because I know I will meet wonderful people. I was pleasantly thrilled when I met Rafael, Manager on duty. He did an incredible job at handling the negative Nancy guest in front of his and did not let her nasty attitude ruin his day. He gave me and everyone after me world class service! I hope upper management reads all these comments and recognizes their hard working staff, especially Rafael.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a beautiful smile. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect and parking is available. I will definitely stay here next time.
Rafa at the front desk is a legend. Super friendly, very helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area . I would recommend anyone check into this hotel just because of Rafa .Staff super friendly and helpful. Room I stayed in is very clean. Beds comfy. Water is shower is hot and pressure is good. Gym is nice and contains cardio and free weights. Nice mirror and free water in gym.
